La Castellana Theatre

Do you want to see the best plays and commedy shows in Bogotà? Have you ever heard about the plays "Gorda" or the stand up comedy show of Andres Lopez named "La Pelota de Letras"? In the Castellana theatre, by the 100 street with north highway, there are presented the best shows and plays of all the country. Most of the shows presented in there, are of comedy or drama. The most popular shows are the ones of Andres Lopez. I'm going to tell my experience when I went to that theatre to watch the stand up comedy show of Andres Lopez named "Me pido la Ventana".

That day I arrived to the theatre so excited because finally I was going to see an Andres Lopez's show at the theatre, because when he made "La pelota de letras" I was too little to watch it and the people of the theatre didn't let me enter. I arrived to the theatre with my parents and my aunt, we bought the tickets and entered to the theatre. It is not such as beautiful as the Colon theatre, it is smaller and more modern, but it didn't matter because Andres Lopez's shows are the best. The show started and all the time I was laughing because that man is so funny and knows how to make people laugh a lot with his jokes and imitations. He always talk about the traditional manners that colombian's have, and how is the daily life in the colombian families, parties, trips and others. When the show was over, we were too happy because we enjoyed it a lot, and we asked when it was the next function for inviting people, and we discovered that during a short period of time, there are a lot of shows daily. Then we went to look for the car, at the parking lot that belongs to the theatre, and went home.

You should visit La Castellana theatre, it is a very nice modern theatre in wich you can have a lot of fun watching the stand up commedy shows or drama and funny plays. I recommend you to go during the Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro, during that period of time there are a lot of excellent plays and shows in the theatre and you can pass a great time with your friends and familly.

The Colon Theatre

Have you ever gone to the best theatre of the Candelaria? Do you know about all the history that the Colon theatre has? One weekend I went to the Colon theatre in order to take pictures, but it was closed because it is so ancient so the goverment is remodelating it. In order to tell a great experience that I had in the Colon theatre, I will talk about my experience of the Show in wich I participated. It was the celebration of the 50 years of the Abraham Lincoln School, so they made an special show in wich some students made a presentation at the Colon theatre.

I was in primary, and I was part of the group of dancing of the teacher Julian. We started to make the rehearsals at school. I was going to dance rock 'n' roll, tango, and pom pom shoes. We were not to excited because we had already participated in many shows and won a lot of prices because we were so good dancing tango and Elvis' rock 'n' roll. We continue making the rehearsals and one day teachers took us to make a general rehearsal at the Colon theatre. When we arrived in there we were shocked. It was the most beautiful thatre in wich we had danced ever. One person in charge of showing us the theatre gave us a tour, showing us all the theatre, the stage, the special boxes for rich people to see the shows, and finally our locker room. We were fascinated with it. We were seven men in a huge locker room with lots of showers and beds. Now, we were so excited because we felt like professional actors. The day of the presentation we were so nervous, we pass all the day making rehearsals at the theatre till the night, when the presentation began. It was a very nice experience, all the people was proud of us, and we did a great job showing all our dancing skills at that beautiful and historic theatre.

As a conclusion, I recommend you to visit that theatre, you will learn a lot about Colombia's history and you will feel proud of your country, for having such a beautiful cultural place. For me, it is the most beautiful theatre of Bogotà, it is full of frescoes and paintings, a beautiful architecture and great plays presented in there when it is available.

book fair

have you ever go to the book fair hear in bogota? if you have gone you know how interesant it is to see all autors and so many books that you don't know were to go because there are a lot of things. you can find science fiction books, history books, magazines, books for kids, and that so interesant because you can find books for everyone.

first when I go to that book fair I go because my dad said me that it was so interesant and I accepted after reading some articles in internet about the book fair, in the morning I prepare like the ecencial things that I could need in that place, the first thing I prepare was the money that I would use to bougth the books, I take like five hundred thousand pesos, the secondthing I prepare was a bag to save the books I bought and that was very useful because I bought some books that I need for the school and some that I thing would be interesant. when I was there I began visiting the flags looking for a book that seems interesant, and looking for people to interact or looking for a famous autor or an autor of my favorites books, at the end the first time I go there I stay until the end and that was a problem because the place was full and it was dificult to let the place, but the next time it was easier because we learn about my first experience, and that was all about my day in the book fair.

I want you to know my experience because I want you to go there and enjoy this types of activities that bogota have and if you any day go to the book fair to learn about the experience that I live.

Luis Angel Arango library

My trip was a so simple and breve trip that start like this:

First of all i went there thet is located near the andes university in the center of Bogota. there they are many pweople that goes and all the days read in this library and they leave the library 2 or more hours after so for them it is a good plan to do some days and for example in the university of the andes the students have the library near them for when they need it. I arrive there and i did a trip with a friend and the library was so big, is the mos or one of the most bigger librarys in Bogota. this university there have been some years ago and is the most visited library in all Bogota and the people like it because there they are mnay variety of books and video bens. there are spaces so confortables to sit to read and many things or places were you can go.

To conclude there are many options in the Luis Angel Arangos library and it is a very cool and bis library were yo can go and see it. it is so cool..

Birgilio Barco library

the birgilio barco library is one of the most bigger librarys that is in bogota with the Luis Angel Arangos library, and my trip start like this:

first i went there to the Birgilios Barco library and they sayed me that no photos because all of the place should be in silence and also i enter and i saw that the library was so big and I have alrready gone to the Luis Angel Arango library but the Luis Angel Arangos library is bigger, i think is the most bigger in all bogota. ok, coming agauin to the Birgilio Barcos library, it is one on the most visited libraries in bogota but not more that the Luis Angel Arango, and i went to the uper part and there were like 2 or 3 floors and it was super cool.

the man that was in charge of the library told me some estructures of indications of the library and stories that were about that and the story of it was so cool. they aren`t so many thing to tell about this library because is a place were the people tyhe only thing they can do is read and relax there and it is not a very interesting, fine thing to do like in amundo aventura, so it is not the type of enjoying that we are used to do, but for other people it is the best so it deopends on many points of view.

Mundo aventura experience

My travel start with one friend that arrive with me some days ago there to mundo aventura and we do as follows:

We started going  to the park at 2:00 pm and we arrived to our houses to 5:00 pm. first of all we started buying the ticket to enter to the park but there werent to much people so we dont buy the platinos one because it was so expensis, it was of $30.000 so we buy one of $15.000 that leave us not to all the games but some of them, lot of them were so extreme that i like them to much and other thing that i knew was that the comcel or the one in wich you jump and you go super fast and 2 leages that were tie to you and it was so cool and it measure 100 or more meters from the ground to the end of the game and the speed you can take gfrom there is of 80 km. it was so extreme and the people like it a lot but with out tickets we can not enter to that game. other thing is that we went to the roller coaster blue that was super cool and there we can enter and it was so cool and extreme because wene the roller coaster start it was so high and you can see all be the up and another extreme game was one thet was a super large stick and there were four people ant the extremes and the place were you was sitting did many turns to its axis and also the stick, the large stick did many turns on its axis.

That was the end of our trip, but to conclude it is a very cool and extreme experience and you should go with your familly anf friends.

MALOKA...

I went to the maloka park one saturday with my familly and i learned many things about the parks creation and the parks thing of the exposition rooms that they have and that is in form of barrel, and my travel started as follows..

first of all i started going to the park with my familly at nearly 2:00 pm because there were to much caras in the street and the traffic was so heavy but at leat we arrive we started with the trip. all the cars that were going there werwent in a especific place to leave the cars so all the people took a parking lot that was near there, so my father, mother and two brothers & me arrived into the park. first of all we went to the exposition of the animals that were there and there we saw the most bigger snake that now a days the people have take, also the people that are there are especialized if that animals leave from were they are, and they also have more snakes, toads etc and many nmmore reptiles.

It was a very cool travel because i learned many thing that ui didn`t knew about the reptiles and i dont imagine to know. aftyer this we went to the botanic opart of the park and we saw so many plant that were in care and others that were so poisonus, but also they were beautiful.finally we went to the exposition were we saw a video of the nature and how would it be in the future and all the causes that we are genering cause the global worming.

to conclude about this wonderful experience, we can say thjat the maloka park can teach us many thing that are espectacular and it was a very fine trip there.
